Anis Nasser

Anis Nasser has over 19 years of work experience in various roles related to technical training and enablement.

Anis'smost recent role was as the Head of Product Training at Glassbox, where they led the operational aspects of the global product training organization. Anis was responsible for designing, developing, and delivering large-scale product training programs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and onboarding.

Prior to that, Anis worked at Micro Focus, where they held multiple positions. As the Senior Director of Enablement and Education, they determined corporate training requirements and designed strategic learning programs for employees, partners, and customers. Anis also reviewed and redesigned learning methodologies and tools to support a digital approach. Earlier, as the Director of Technical Enablement, they designed and delivered technical training for presales and partners and led the global technical enablement team.

Before joining Micro Focus, Anis worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they served as the Technical Enablement Manager and the Demo Team Lead (Chief Architect). In these roles, they guided teams, designed training curriculums, and improved product demonstration capabilities for customers.

Anis also gained experience at HP Software, Actcom, and Netvision, where they held technical support and managerial roles.

Throughout their career, Anis has consistently demonstrated their ability to design and deliver effective training programs, improve customer satisfaction, and manage budgets and contracts for training tools. Anis has a proven track record of enhancing product demonstration capabilities and revamping training offerings.

Anis Nasser has a solid educational background with various degrees and certifications. Anis holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Haifa. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the same university. Anis also pursued another Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Haifa.

In terms of certifications, Anis completed a certification in Software Development and Quality Assurance from John Bryce. Anis also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University of Israel.

Moreover, Anis has acquired several additional certifications. Anis obtained the Directors course - Board of Directors Certification from The Hebrew University Business School Executive Education in March 2023. In June 2015, they earned the VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) certification from VMware. Furthermore, in February 2010, Anis achieved the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from John Bryce.
