Natalie Harwood

Natalie Harwood has a solid background in learning and development, with experience in various leadership and management roles. Natalie is currently the Global Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Glassbox since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Spot.io where they served as Head of Global Sales Enablement and Sales Enablement Manager from May 2021 to November 2021. From January 2019 to April 2021, Natalie was the Global Learning and OD Lead at Zerto. Natalie also has experience as a Training and Development Specialist at Comverse from May 2014 to December 2018, and as a Knowledge and Training Coordinator at Orbotech from August 2007 to November 2013.

Natalie Harwood pursued higher education, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Instructional Systems Technologies from the Holon Institute of Technology. Natalie attended this institution from 2010 to 2013. Later, they enrolled in Tel Aviv University and completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Labor Studies from 2016 to 2019.
