Noam Shwartz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Noam began their career in the Israeli Air Force, where they served as a Product Manager for Intelligence Systems. From there, they transitioned to the technology sector, starting with Alvarion as a Product Expert, specializing in WIMAX technology. Noam then moved on to Radcom, where they served as a Product Line Manager, working on integrated solutions for IP and cellular networks. Next, they joined NovelSat as the Head of Marketing, followed by a role as a Product Marketing Lead at Wix.com. Noam then transitioned to Willer, where they served as the VP of Product and Marketing. After that, they joined Fornova as the VP of Product, where they successfully transformed the company into a product-oriented organization. Currently, Noam is working at Glassbox, where they initially held the position of Head of Product, before being promoted to Vice President of Product Strategy. In this role, they have built and managed a team of over 10 individuals and successfully launched new lines of market-leading products.

Noam Shwartz pursued their education at Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Computer Science, Math, and Physics as part of the Talpiot program.
