Madlen Weinhardt

Madlen Weinhardt has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Working Student in HR Recruiting at Eisenmann Corporation. Madlen later interned at the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (AHK) in the Consulting department. In 2018, they joined GACC WEST as a Project Management & Consulting Associate. Madlen then worked as a Project Manager at Pando Innovations and as a Project Lead in Conception and Development Founder Space at Ferd. Hauber GmbH. In 2019, they became a Strategic Project Lead at Zukunft.Gruenden. From 2019 to 2022, Madlen worked at GlassDollar, initially as a Venture Clienting Builder, then as Head of Operations, and finally as COO.

Madlen Weinhardt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Florida International University - College of Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Madlen later pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business & Economics from the University of Hohenheim, completed from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science certification from the University of Hohenheim in 2019. During their studies, Madlen had the opportunity to partake in applied coursework in International Business & Economics at Latvijas Universitate through the ERASMUS program from 2017 to 2018.
