Ana Balovneva

Ana Balovneva is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations at Glassdoor since April 2021, Ana previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on engineering. Prior to Glassdoor, Ana worked at TransUnion from September 2016 to April 2021, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for TransUnion Canada and later as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the information security function in the U.S. Between May 2014 and September 2016, Ana gained expertise as an Associate at EMA Partners International, specializing in recruitment across various leadership levels in the Digital, Technology, Financial Services, and Emerging Payments industries. Ana holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Journalism from Humber College.
