Meghan Armstrong

Meghan Armstrong is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Glassdoor since May 2019, Meghan has managed B2C design teams, led product initiatives, and temporarily fulfilled the responsibilities for the Head of Design. Prior to Glassdoor, Meghan held multiple roles at Habanero Consulting Group, including Lead Experience Designer and UX Masterclass Instructor, driving customer and employee experience design projects. Meghan's career began with roles in user experience design at Shaw Communications and the University of Calgary, where instruction in art and engineering design complemented practical design work. Meghan holds a Master of Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary.
