Rick Friedman

Rick Friedman is an accomplished real estate and facilities professional with extensive experience in global management and project oversight. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Real Estate + Facilities at Glassdoor, Inc. since July 2015, Rick has guided the organization through significant growth, expanding from a 450-person startup to a 1,200-employee company. Previous roles include Sr. Director positions at SanDisk, where management of a $75M global capital budget was pivotal during major construction projects, and eBay, where oversight of a $250M capital budget was integral during a period of rapid headcount expansion. Rick's experience also includes directing commercial real estate development at Mesa Development and undertaking construction management for Fortune 500 clients at Project Management Advisors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
