Derek Phillips

Derek Phillips has a diverse work experience, starting from their service in the US Army as an Officer. Derek then transitioned to roles in various companies, including GE - Energy, Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Met-Pro Corp., FARO Technologies, and DC Fabricators. Derek'smost recent role was as VP of Service, Americas at Glaston Corporation. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as General Manager, Director of Operations, and President, gaining extensive experience in operations and leadership.

Derek Phillips graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993. Derek then pursued an MBA in Global Leadership from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, graduating in 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications in LEAN Champion, LEAN Level I, and Six Sigma Black Belt in various years.
