Torsten Ochs

Torsten Ochs has accumulated a diverse range of experience in various HR roles. Torsten began at CONNECT Personal-Service GmbH in 2010 as a Personaldisponent/Arbeitsvermittler before moving on to aluplast GmbH in 2011 as a Personalreferent. Subsequently, they joined Bystronic Lenhardt GmbH in 2017, where they held roles as Human Resources Manager and eventually Head Of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2020, they transitioned to Glaston Corporation, taking on the position of Director HR Glaston Germany // HR Business Partner Group Level.

Torsten Ochs attended Pforzheim University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Betriebswirt with a specialization in Personalmanagement.
