Greg Hackenberger

Greg Hackenberger started working as a Programmer/Data Analyst at Glatfelter Insurance Group in July 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Farmers Insurance starting in December 1996. At Farmers Insurance, their role was Data Admin Analyst / ITSM Application Specialist. Greg was responsible for administering the Front Range Solutions ITSM application and designing, coding, testing, and implementing customizations for various modules. Greg also converted manual paper IT Service Requests to the ITSM system with an auditable approval trail. Greg worked at Farmers Insurance until November 2015.

Greg Hackenberger has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Geneva College. Greg also holds a Master's degree from Westminster Theological Seminary. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITSM Administration from Front Range Solutions, ITIL, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
