Jeff Mann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management. Currently serving as the Owner of Mann Farm Laser & Plasma Works since January 2022, Jeff specializes in laser engraving and plasma cutting utilizing CNC equipment. In their ongoing role as Manager of Maintenance & Engineering at Glatfelter since April 2023, Jeff has contributed to maintenance leadership across various companies, including Jacob Holm and Auria, where responsibilities included ensuring safety and environmental compliance, overseeing maintenance activities for machine uptime, and implementing maintenance management systems. Jeff's career began as a Maintenance Lead Technician at AGC, where significant professional developments occurred over a 23-year tenure. Jeff holds diplomas in Welding Technology and Electrical/Electronics Equipment Installation and Repair from Haywood Community College.
