Cristina Minella

Cristina Minella has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Cristina is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Glaukos Corporation, a role they began in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Gallagher, starting as the Director of Talent Acquisition - The Americas in 2018, and then becoming the Global Executive Director of Talent Acquisition from 2021 until their role at Glaukos Corporation. Before joining Gallagher, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at AbbVie from 2016 to 2018. In this role, Cristina was responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment processes, and leading a team of recruiters. Cristina began their career in 2000 in information technology recruitment and held various recruitment and leadership roles at different companies until 2011.
