Eric Bonfadini

Eric Bonfadini has extensive experience in quality operations and management. Eric joined Glaukos Corporation in 2017 and has held various roles within the company. Eric started as a Quality Engineer and then progressed to Supervisor of Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for managing receiving inspection and leading a team of inspectors. Eric then became the Quality Control Manager, overseeing quality control processes and metrics. In their most recent role as Quality Operations Manager, Eric managed all manufacturing and finished goods quality operations, including a team of engineers, supervisors, and inspectors. Prior to joining Glaukos Corporation, Eric worked at Camtech Corporation as a Quality Engineer and Lead CMM Programmer.

Eric Bonfadini completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at Allegheny College from 2010 to 2014. Eric then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from UC Irvine between 2015 and 2017.
