Angela le Mathon

Angela LE MATHON is a seasoned professional in the field of human capital analytics, currently serving as VP of People Data & Analytics at GSK since December 2021. As the Founder and Coach at Mathon Human Capital Ltd since June 2021, Angela also contributes to strategic insights as a Member of the Board of Practitioners for The HR Analytics ThinkTank. Prior roles include Head of Global People Analytics & Insight at Aviva and various leadership positions at HSBC, where responsibilities encompassed global HR analytics and compliance strategy. Angela's earlier career includes roles in business development and project management across notable firms such as Honore Consulting, PNC, CoStar Group, and JPMorgan Chase. Angela holds a BS in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and an MA from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
