Dominic Lai

Dominic Lai is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in late-stage clinical development. Currently serving as Executive Medical Director at GSK since July 2023, Dominic leads efforts to obtain regulatory approvals for dostarlimab in first-line endometrial cancer and oversees its clinical development. Previously, Dominic held the position of Vice President of Clinical Development at Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc., and served as Senior Medical Director at Seagen, where significant contributions included leading clinical trials for first-line urothelial cancer. Additionally, Dominic has experience as a Volunteer Physician at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and has worked as Senior Director of Early Stage Clinical Development at Arcus Biosciences, focusing on novel immunotherapies. Dominic holds an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology and Creative Writing from the University of California, Berkeley.
