Karina Edwards

Karina Edwards is the Head of Karina Edwards Coaching and Development since March 2024, holding the title of Accredited Senior Coach Practitioner with EMCC. With over 30 years of experience in business, Karina Edwards is committed to empowering individuals through coaching. Currently serving as a Scientific Director and Development Lead at GSK since July 2022, Karina Edwards also leads training and development initiatives within the organization. Prior roles at GlaxoSmithKline R&D included Director in Pharmaceutical Development, focusing on formulation design and project leadership in late-stage projects. Education includes a Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching, a Certificate in The Power of Embodied Transformation, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from the University of East London.
