Lauren Mowrer

Lauren Mowrer is an experienced professional in user experience strategy and research within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as AI Senior User Experience Strategist Manager at GSK, Lauren leads communication and user research strategies for the AI/ML team, focusing on drug discovery pipelines and generative AI product development. Prior roles at GSK include Senior User Experience Strategist and User Experience Strategist, where Lauren developed digital products, conducted extensive research, and created customer journey maps.
