Paola Ferrini

Paola Ferrini is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and automation, currently serving as a High-Throughput Automation Investigator at GSK since December 2020. Prior to this role, Paola worked as a Research Technician at Imperial College London from June 2018 to November 2020 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at KU Leuven from April 2016 to April 2018. Paola's academic journey includes a PhD from Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung where research focused on biomass valorization and lignin depolymerization, as well as a Master's degree in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano. Additional education includes a visiting student experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and participation in the Positive Power and Influence Programme at Chartwell Learning in 2021.
