Shauna Lord

Shauna Lord is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in oncology and specialty care. Currently serving as VP and Business Unit Head for Specialty Care at GSK since November 2025, Shauna previously held high-impact roles at AstraZeneca from 2014 to 2025, including Global Commercial Head for Oncology and various leadership positions focused on breast and prostate cancers. Prior to that, Shauna worked at Roche, developing strategies for breast oncology products, and held brand management roles at Novartis and Altana Pharma. Educational credentials include a BA in Natural Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin, and a Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute Ireland.
