Stuart Baddeley is a seasoned professional at GSK, serving as Vice President and leading the worldwide group of Protein Cellular and Structural Sciences, which supports discovery activities across various therapeutic modalities. With extensive experience, Stuart has held multiple key positions, including Director of Biological Science UK and MDR Portfolio Progression Head, managing teams focused on biological reagent design, assay development, compound profiling, and screening for hit identification. Stuart's career at GSK began in 1996 and has progressed through various roles, contributing significantly to high-throughput screening and drug discovery efforts. Additionally, Stuart is a Director and board member of the European Laboratory Robotics Interest Group (ELRIG), having served as Treasurer and Company Secretary. Stuart holds a BSc in Applied Biology from the University of the West of England.
