Clifford Monsalud has been with Great Lakes Credit Union since November 2011, progressing through various roles including Technology Security and Operations Specialist, Systems Support Supervisor, and Help Desk Team Lead, all focused on providing technical assistance and resolving computer issues for users. Previous experience includes roles as Help Desk Technician, Help Desk Coordinator, and Production Support/Programmer, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting, hardware/software installations, and branch support. Prior to his current position, Clifford worked at Sweet Traditions as a Production and Cashier, gaining experience in production and customer service. Clifford holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, as well as an Associate degree in Business Management from the College of Lake County.
