Nikki Stark

Nikki Stark is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Gleacher Shacklock LLP since October 2022. Previously, Nikki held various positions at bp from September 2012 to October 2022, including Business Advisor to the CMO and Senior Vice President of Health & Wellbeing, where responsibilities included advising the leadership team and developing the Health & Wellbeing Strategy in line with sustainability commitments. Nikki's extensive HR experience also encompasses roles such as Early Careers Senior Adviser and HR Business Partner within bp's Global Projects Organisation, as well as HR Consultant for the Royal Bank of Scotland's Corporate Banking Division.
