Cora McIlwain serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Glean, having progressed through various roles within the company since October 2020, including Customer Success Team Manager, where significant team expansion and improvements in customer retention were achieved. Prior to Glean, Cora held senior customer success positions at Paper Edu and Triptease, and gained teaching experience at Teach First and the British Council. Cora was also involved in talent management and training leadership at AIESEC UK and participated in several language and teaching initiatives earlier in their career. Cora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Newcastle University.
