Alex Khitrenko

Alex Khitrenko is an experienced professional in customer experience and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Simple App since August 2021, where leadership responsibilities include managing a dynamic team and enhancing customer journey processes. Prior to this role, Alex was the Head of Customer Service, overseeing strategy and support for a team of 70. Experience also includes positions as Customer Support & Care Team Lead at Simple App and Senior Customer Support at Panzerdog, complemented by earlier work as a Customer Care Consultant at Yandex Go. Alex holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Fundamental and Applied Linguistics from Ural State Technical University.
