Christian Ervin

Christian Ervin is the Head of Product Design at Glean, a position held since May 2025. Prior to Glean, Christian served as the Head of Design and Product at iyO, a Google X spinout, where leadership involved user experience design and the development of a novel Auditory User Interface. From September 2018 to March 2023, Christian was a Senior Staff UX Design Manager at Google X, focusing on product strategy and managing diverse teams within Alphabet's moonshot portfolio. Christian's earlier experience includes roles as Global Design Director at Tellart, Design Lead, and Project Manager at Harvard University. Educational achievements include a Master of Design Studies in Technology from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Rice University. Additional credentialing includes a CORe from HBX | Harvard Business School.
