Rebecca Hinds, PhD, is an expert in the future of work with extensive experience in leadership and thought leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of the Work AI Institute at Glean and a keynote speaker represented by United Talent Agency, Hinds frequently addresses global audiences on AI and workplace innovation topics. As an author with Simon & Schuster, Hinds has a forthcoming book titled "Your Best Meeting Ever," set for publication in February 2026. Previously, Hinds led the Work Innovation Lab at Asana, and has contributed insights to major publications such as Harvard Business Review and The New York Times. Hinds holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and has co-founded a technology company focused on developing cost-effective sensors.
