Yezi Peng

Yezi Peng is an experienced executive currently serving as VP of Strategy & Operations at Glean since November 2025. Previously, Peng held the position of VP of GTM Operations at Pendo.io from July 2022 to October 2025, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success operations, GTM systems, and BDRs. Before that, Peng was VP of Revenue Operations at Productiv from July 2019 to July 2022, playing a key role in growing the company through Series C and contributing to major operational initiatives. With earlier experience at LinkedIn as Senior Manager of Global GTM Strategy and Operations, and in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, Peng possesses a strong background in business strategy and operations. Academic achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from the University of Michigan.
