Jim Zhao (Qi)

Jim (Qi) Zhao is currently the R&D Manager at Dynamic Systems Inc (Glebe) where Jim (Qi) oversees various research and development projects. With previous experience as a Principal Consultant at Casting Tech. Consulting, Jim (Qi) provided expertise in casting metallurgy, quality control, process improvement, and product development. Jim also has a background as a Senior Cast Metallurgist at General Electric, where Jim (Qi) led initiatives to support new technology and product introduction. Their extensive career includes roles such as President/CEO/Co-Founder/PI at Novarials Corporation and Senior Technical Staff | Process Engineer at Metal Casting Technology. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
