Belinda Wong

Belinda Wong is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Business Partner for Workforce Planning at Glen Eira City Council since October 2018, Belinda Wong drives the strategic priorities of the Workforce Plan and integrates workforce planning into the business framework. Prior to this role, Belinda Wong held various positions at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia from January 2001 to December 2017, including Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing end-to-end recruitment, managing HR issues, and enhancing employee engagement. Belinda Wong holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce and an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne.
