Rao Guddanti is an experienced Project/Construction Engineer currently working at Glen Eira City Council in the Sustainability and Infrastructure Department since 2010. Prior to this role, Rao served as a Senior Civil Engineer for Viva Methanol LFTZ Enterprises from February 2006 to April 2010 in Lagos, Nigeria, where responsibilities included project controls.
