Joe Curtis

Joe embodies a belief system that he leads and lives by: create and implement strategic, operational plans in an environment of accountability, and empowering individuals who are passionate about the company’s mission, vision, and values.

He served as Executive VP of Sales & Business Development for his first three years at Pango Group, a family of companies that, together, are the leading California-based settlement service experts. In that role, he quadrupled annual revenues by transforming the sales department by creating accountability systems, focusing on training, and implementing a focused sales process.

In 2016, Joe was promoted to Chief Operating Officer as a result of his demonstrated leadership skills, success in leading the sales team to unprecedented growth, and his ability to integrate different departments towards a common goal. In 2019, Joe was featured in The Top 100 People in Real Estate magazine.

Joe has been a driving force in keeping Pango Group ahead of the curve and at the forefront of the evolving technologies in the escrow industry. He has led many technology-focused projects and is passionate about increasing efficiencies, enhancing client experience, and working to implement digital payments more seamlessly into the industry.

In addition to his business contributions, Joe plays a vital role as a board member of the Pango Foundation. The Pango Foundation is the non-profit arm of Pango Group that focuses on creating programs that help enhance the lives of the employees and communities Pango works in. Joe was also named 2018 Advocate for Social Good by Giveback Homes – a community of real estate professionals committed to creating social change by helping build homes for deserving families around the globe.
