Barbara Harmon began their work experience at Glen Raven Statesville Tech. Fabrics Division in 2003 as an HR Manager. Harmon held this position until 2010 when they transitioned to Glen Raven, where they took on the roles of Corporate HR Projects and HR/Safety Manager.
Harmon Barbara attended Mitchell Community College from 1978 to 1985, where they obtained an AA degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Management and Industrial Management.
