Clive Griffiths

With over 30 years experience across the building and civil sectors, Clive has developed a specialism in tendering and estimating projects within the fast track and commercial sectors and now leads Glencar’s estimating function.

He brings a fresh perspective to any project and is an expert in producing alternative and cost-effective solutions for all types of building from concept through to completion.

Prior to joining Glencar, he held a senior estimating role at McLaren Construction where he handled tenders across a range of sectors and building types to the value of £150m. Clive has also spent time at John Sisk & Son, VolkerFitzpatrick and Oakmont Construction.
