Chad Auramenko is an experienced culinary professional with a background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at The Glencoe Club since September 2022, Chad has previously held the position of Garde Manger at The Ranchmen's Club from January 2018 to August 2022. Additionally, Chad spent over a decade at Simply Elegant, where roles included Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Chad earned a Red Seal designation in Professional Cooking from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) between 2004 and 2006.
