Otto Gerardo Herrera Zavarce is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Jr. Sous Chef at Sexy Fish since September 2021. Previous roles include Team Lead Prep at Novikov Miami and sbe Lifestyle Hospitality’s Katzuya, along with culinary positions at Coyo Taco and Tatch Miami. Prior to culinary pursuits, Otto held positions in education as a Professor of Language and Literature at various institutions, including Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación and Unidad Educativa Colegio "Yacambu." Otto's educational background includes a degree in Language and Literature from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador and a high school diploma in Sciences from Liceo Nacional Lisandro Alvarado.
