Howard Liou

Howard Liou is an experienced wellness professional currently serving as the Owner of Myogram Wellness Centre since June 2023. With a strong background in massage therapy, Liou has held multiple roles at The Glencoe Club, including Registered Massage Therapist, Wellness Team Member, and Fitness Consultant since August 2021. Prior experience includes Registered Massage Therapist at Alpine Sport Therapy Centre and Heavens Elevated Fitness, as well as a Floor Supervisor and Massage Therapist at Heavens Elevated Fitness. Liou’s career also includes roles as an Employment Support Worker at Cosmopolitan Learning Centre and a Table Game Dealer at Casino Regina. Liou’s educational background comprises a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies from the University of Regina and training from Alberta College of Massage Therapy.
