Gerard O'Hare

Gerard O'Hare is a Senior Metallurgist at Glencore Technology, with a career spanning over a decade in the mining industry. O'Hare has held various leadership roles, including Superintendent of Processing, Logistics, and Tailings at Anglo American, where management of a 17Mtpa processing plant and oversight of a diverse workforce were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes Production Superintendent at Glencore, where Gerard successfully managed operations of a 15Mtpa thermal coal bypass system, and Project Manager for the Hail Creek Processing Plant Upgrade, which increased capacity without production losses.
