Monica Cuan

Monica Cuan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance Training, Awareness & Policies at Glencore since August 2017, Monica previously held the position of VP, Compliance Officer at Swiss Re from September 2014 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Monica worked as a Senior Claims Specialist at Axis Capital and as Legal Counsel at Infrassure Ltd. and Alstom. Additional experience includes a Contracts Manager role at Pratt & Whitney and a Law Clerk position at Boston University Office of the General Counsel. Monica holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and Università degli Studi di Firenze, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Trinity College-Hartford.
