Michael Hahn

Michael Hahn has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Michael worked as the Principal Administrator of Technology & Innovation at the City of Glendale, CA, overseeing technology strategies and change programs for the Library, Arts & Culture department. Michael also co-founded Hahn Cultural Consulting and served as a Principal Consultant. At the University of Southern California, they were the Organizational Change Management Lead for a large-scale Workday implementation project. Additionally, they worked at Salt River Project as a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant and as a Senior IT Regulatory Compliance Analyst. Michael also served as a Senior SharePoint Consultant. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Information Technology Manager at the City of Glendale AZ, where they managed technology infrastructure and support services for the Library, Parks, and Recreation department.

Michael Hahn has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology Infrastructure with a concentration in Network Administration from the University of Minnesota. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with emphases in International Business and Leadership from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Additionally, they completed an MBA Study Abroad Program in International Business at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Michael has obtained various certifications including the Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, Intermediate Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco.
