Dyti Dawn

Dyti Dawn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dyti currently works as the Lead for Talent Management & Capability Building at Glenmark Life Sciences. Prior to this, they held various positions at FocusU Engage, including Lead for Learning Experience Design at FocusU Academy, Category Head for Microlearning, and Learning Curator. Dyti also worked at Mahindra Rise as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, where they handled HR responsibilities for the Mahindra Auto Division in Eastern India. Additionally, they served as a Manager for Talent Management in Group HR, driving the Diversity Agenda of the Mahindra Group. Before that, they gained experience as a GMC Summer Intern at Mahindra & Mahindra, handling benchmarking of HR practices and conceptualizing engagement initiatives. Dyti began their career as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Dyti Dawn completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Raipur from 2006 to 2010. Dyti completed their 11th and 12th grade education at DAV Durgapur from 2004 to 2006. Dyti's earlier education took place at Loreto Convent Asansol from 1993 to 2004, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as talent management, learning experience design, creativity, content design, personality assessment, positive psychology, HR analytics, and metrics.
