Jay Tapp

Jay Tapp is a highly experienced executive in the printing and packaging industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Glenmore Custom Print + Packaging since November 2022. Tapp has held significant leadership roles, including President and COO at Smart Plastic Technologies, where a focus on sustainability and circularity was paramount. Active in YPO since 2000, Tapp currently chairs the YPO Plastics Business Network and contributes as a Board member and Forum Officer. With a diverse background spanning various companies, including Aargus Plastics, Veritiv Corporation, and International PaperBox, Tapp has consistently driven innovation and strategic growth in packaging solutions. Tapp holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Haskayne School of Business and has pursued further education in leadership at the London Business School.
