Mark Korthuis currently serves as the President & CEO of Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, focusing on reimagining human ability since October 2020. Mark holds advisory council membership at Dalhousie University’s Centre for Global Mental Health and is a board member of the Global Psychological eHealth Foundation, contributing to global mental health research and advocacy. Korthuis founded the podcast Confronting the Madness in June 2020, which delves into contemporary psychological issues. Additionally, Mark has been involved with the Edmonton Community Foundation and held leadership roles at the TELUS Edmonton Community Board, overseeing significant community grant distributions. Previously, Korthuis served as President & CEO of the Mental Health Foundation, advocating for an accessible mental healthcare system in Alberta. Korthuis possesses advanced degrees from Yorkville University, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Alberta in relevant fields.
