Lori M. Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lori M. began their career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Adirondack Cardiology Associates, P.C. in 1990 and later transitioned to Richard A. Saunders, M.D. as a Front Office Staff, before becoming an Office Manager in 1994. In 2001, they joined North Country Sports Medicine as a Practice Administrator, where they played a crucial role in managing various administrative functions and implementing technological advancements. Their responsibilities included overseeing finance, business development, staffing, supplies, office facility, reporting, managed care, operations, and credit control. Lori M. also contributed to the successful opening of evening acute care services and office relocation projects. In 2018, Lori joined Glens Falls Hospital as the Orthopedic Service Line Administrator and later took on the role of Administrative Director for Perioperative Services in 2022. In addition to their healthcare experience, Lori served as a Board Member at Charles R. Wood Theater from 2011 to 2016.

Lori M. Baldwin obtained an Associate of Arts & Science (AAS) degree in Medical Secretarial Science from SUNY Adirondack in 1990. Lori M. also holds a certification as a Certified Medical Assistant from the American Association of Medical Assistants, obtained in 1991.
