Lindsay Karson is the founder of C-5 Equine-Facilitated Leadership, where authentic leadership workshops are hosted for business professionals. With experience as a CPG Business Consultant for small-to-medium start-ups in the natural products industry and as the founder of Cows Gone Coconut, a dairy-free ice cream company, Lindsay brings a wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge. Currently working as a Learning and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Glenstone Museum, Lindsay also freelances as a Yoga Instructor and Equestrian Coach and Rider/Trainer.
