Amanda Dobby is an experienced professional in retail training and sales management, currently serving as Regional Training Manager and Performance Improvement Manager at GLENTEL Inc. since March 2012. Amanda oversees the retail training program in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, focusing on research and delivery of Sales and Leadership training to enhance sales, customer service, and professional development at various organizational levels. Prior to GLENTEL, Amanda held multiple roles at Bell Mobility from May 2004 to October 2012, including Territory Sales Manager, Training Specialist, and Store Manager, contributing to sales growth and team development across a wide range of national retail partners. Amanda's educational background includes studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Mount Royal University.
