Rohan Gulati

Rohan Gulati began their work experience at Save-On-Foods in 2019 as a Customer Service and Cashier. In 2020, they worked on a team project analyzing the performance management system at Air Canada. Starting in 2021, Rohan joined GLENTEL Inc. as a Junior Recruitment Coordinator and quickly advanced to the role of Recruitment Coordinator. Currently, they serve as the Recruitment Team Lead, overseeing a team of professionals to deliver a top-tier recruitment experience and develop attracting and retaining strategies for high-performing retail staff.

Rohan Gulati completed a Business Diploma in Business Administration and Management at the University of the Fraser Valley from 2016 to 2018. Rohan then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and International Business at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2016 to 2021. In 2022, they attended George Brown College for a short course in Facebook and Instagram Marketing.
