Slaton Herndon has worked for a variety of companies since 2017. In 2017, they were a Research and Development Specialist for Conditioned Air Inc. In 2018, they were an Actuarial Intern for Georgia Farm Bureau. In 2019, they were an Associate Account Manager for Collabera Inc., a top 10 Information Technology and professional firm. In 2020, they were an Account Executive and Business Development Representative for Oracle-NetSuite, a cloud-based business management software provider. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales for Glew.io, a multi-channel eCommerce analytics subscription.

Slaton Herndon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics concentrated with International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics with a concentration in International Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Bloomberg LP and Microsoft, including a Bloomberg Market Concepts certification in November 2017 and a Microsoft Office Specialist Exam certification in May 2017.
