Ben Nuthak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben began their career as an intern at Gexpro, where they participated in the Distribution & Sales Leadership Program. Ben then interned at Rexel USA in their Information Technology Leadership Program and later in Network Optimization.

In 2016, Ben joined Eli Lilly and Company as the SAP Solution Delivery and Service Management Lead for Material Master and Demand Planning. Ben was responsible for providing functional and technical support, as well as being the Service Management lead for Supply Chain SAP within the company's ITIL portfolio.

Following their time at Eli Lilly, Ben worked at Elanco as the Global Services Business Integrator and later as the Enterprise Service Management Architect and ServiceNow Platform Owner.

In 2020, they became an Independent IT Service Management Consultant before joining Alcor Solutions Inc. as the Manager for IT and Customer Workflows.

Currently, Ben is working at GlideFast Consulting. Ben started as a Senior Business Process Consultant and was involved in successful implementations and managed services of ServiceNow tenants across different function modules and industry verticals. Ben has since taken on the role of Service Delivery Manager, where they are accountable for the development and success of a team of senior consultants and business analysts. Ben provides consultation on enterprise technology roadmapping, transformation, organizational change management, and best-practice process design to maximize client efficiency and return on investment.

Ben Nuthak has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
