Jamie Hollenbeck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change enablement and business process consulting. Jamie's earlier career at Mary Kay Inc. spanned over a decade, with roles ranging from Business Consultant to Sr. Software Configuration Administrator, focusing on ITIL-based process development and ServiceNow support.
