Jack Arnett has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Jack started their career in the US Army as a Major, serving for 23 years before retiring. After that, they worked as an IT Director at Corecomm for four years and later started their own company, Beacon Data Solutions, where they served as the Owner until 2008.

In 2006, Jack joined Worthington Industries as a Technical Project Manager and later became the IT Systems Manager. Jack then took on the role of Transformation Program Lead, managing a program aimed at driving organizational change and improvement.

In 2010, Jack joined Nationwide Insurance as a Capacity Planning Manager in the Infrastructure & Operations department on a contract basis. Jack was responsible for evaluating capacity trends, estimating future needs, and determining forecasts for different business units.

From 2013 to 2016, Jack worked at McGraw-Hill Education, first as a Senior Program Manager and later as the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, they oversaw the PMO and ensured that IT programs and projects aligned with the organization's goals. Jack successfully managed the separation of IT data center assets from the parent company, which involved multiple external contracting companies, a large team, and a significant budget.

Jack then joined ComResource as a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis from November 2016 to April 2017, before moving on to CareWorksTech. At CareWorksTech, they worked as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, overseeing the implementation and account management of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Security Operations. Jack also obtained various certifications in ServiceNow administration and related fields.

Jack'smost recent work experience is with GlideFast Consulting, where they currently hold the position of Service Delivery Director. Jack also serves as a ServiceNow Engagement and Service Delivery Manager.

Jack Arnett obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1990 and 1993.
